It has been our pleasure to provide services to so many individuals, families, educators, and teams over the years. Over an iconic 25-year period, there have been so many experiences that have contributed to our growth for providing behavioral services. By this notice, however, we are informing you that Brih Design collaboration between Jan Ostrom and Wendy Selnes will be coming to an end. Each partner has plans to establish their own entity and embark on their own journey of service delivery aligned with behavior change and support for individuals and those surrounding them.
We expect that this transition will be complete by the end of June 2024. Between now and the end of June, you will receive updated contact information for the partner that has been your predominate provider. Further, we will also provide that updated contact information on the Brih Design website for a period of time. In essence, we are taking separate steps on our journeys, though continue to be individually available.
Again, it has been our pleasure to have provided the behavior change services for each of you over the years and we look forward to our future possibles. Each and every one of you has contributed to us more than you know.
“People don’t have challenging behaviors. They have functional behaviors that challenge us.”
If you are an educator, caregiver, or parent of someone with a cognitive or mental-health disability, you may encounter difficult (to manage) behaviors that create frustration in your everyday life. Maybe you have tried everything to bring some control to the chaos, and nothing has worked.
Perhaps you are wondering…
- Is it possible to nurture a more calm and productive dynamic?
- Can anything be done to reduce stress—for everyone involved? – Is there hope for achieving positive and lasting change?
The answer is yes. And we can help.
